Thursday 17th –Monday 21st May Washington
Off in Fiat for 40 min drive to Rochester Airport, found
rental car check in easily this time and cheerful staff again. Airport is quite
small then onto small modern aircraft for flight to JFK in New York. Good
views of Manhatten as coming into land. Bit of a saga finding our way to
terminal 8 for our American Airlines flight to Washington.where we arrived at
4.30 pm.Took cab to Beech St Rock Creek to Lyndsays brother Michaels house.
Saida and May arrived home at 5.30ish to find us reclining in shade under tree
on their front lawn.
