Monday 15th October 2012 Navarennx France to Toulouse Airport to Frankfurt Airport Germany.

Up at 6 am, very cold and raining , drove car over to disability shower where had lovely hot shower.

Packed car, took some photos of the other group of larger chalets and on road by 10 am.

Country side near Navarrenx was looking very green and clear after the weekends rain

On to motorway which skirts around Pau and directly on to Toulouse. Once we were on motorway could see that it had snowed in the night and all the peaks had a considerable amount of snow on them.

Stop at Tour de France Pyrenees Aire with amazing sculpture and info panels

Arrived at Renault depot by 1.30 pm, had to wait for guy until 2 pm so had our picnic in the car. No problem about the 2 small   scratches on door from day we went to Castelnau and detour through very narrow road after power lines down in heavy winds.

Rugby is big in this part of the world, so much that there is a whole rugby souvenir shop at the airport

Lufthansa flight  from Toulouse late leaving, late arriving in Frankfurt, we only got on to Singapore bound  plane at gate Z54  after very fast ride across whole terminal in golf card driven by very pleasant Lufthansa ground staff member called Sabine, who told us the new corridor to the Z gates had only just opened today and she had only been through them twice before. Our route included a lift with a reflecting wall big enough to hold the cart.

We had to go through all passport and security checks again, which meant leaping on and off the cart twice. At security we had to wait for a man in his own electric wheelchair with lots of electronics which had to all be checked out plus his shoes ? We were nearly the 2 last people on board the huge Airbus A380-800.
