Same Shirt, Different day-2012 Adventures of the "Devonport Wonder Babes"

Spent night in Donegal town in a very comfortable B&B though all chintz, patterned carpet and icons, Pope pictures, artificial flowers etc. Ulrike’s birthday so discrete singing of Happy Birthday at breakfast table.

Decided to go to Bushmills Distillery and nearby Giants Causeway so headed off in that direction with a few odd short cuts taken by Mrs TomTom. Sabine had been feeling unwell with ongoing URTI and got worse over the morning so we found a place to stay early in the afternoon (The Smugglers Inn at the Causeway) so she could rest. Accomodation is at a bit of a premium in this town today as the Irish Golf Open is on nearby.

Lyndsay and I went off to the Bushmills Whiskey Distillery, gave the distillery tour a miss but spent a pleasant hour or so sitting in their café with excellent wifi while it rained outside.

Very pleasant dinner at hotel followed by Germany v Italy Euro match in which germany were soundly beaten 2-1.

Later at 10 pm we walked some way down the road to the causeway to take photos of the sunset.
